Cookies

The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. These contain no viruses and do not cause any damage to your computer. They rather serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit and do not allow any statistical evaluation of the visitors. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies, which are required for the electronic communication process, are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of his services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.

Server log files

The provider of our pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The data is used to ensure the secure operation of the platform. These log files are used, for example, to feed security mechanisms that repel attacks on the platform. In the event of an error, this information helps to investigate the cause.

With each access to our website the following data is stored:

  • IP address
  • Time of the server request
  • File name called
  • HTTP status code of the call (external link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes)
  • Page the visitor came from (so-called referer; external link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_referer)
  • User agent of the visitor (external link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_agent)
  • If necessary, errors in the programming of the page are displayed

Since this data is not stored for static purposes and is deleted after seven days, the storage is in conformity with DSGVO. This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
