Initial findings were published in 2025 in the German journal M\u00fcll und Abfall (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bzl-gmbh.de\/en\/the-new-market-for-recycling-additives-need-for-action-by-the-legislator-muell-und-abfall-2025-in-german-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News from 11 July 2025<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.37307\/j.1863-9763.2025.07.03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website of Erich-Schmidt-Verlag<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Given the topicality of this subject and the upcoming discussions at EU level, including on the circular economy, we have produced a working paper for all interested parties, which can be downloaded here free of charge.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lahl U., Zeschmar-Lahl, B.
